Mark 1:1
1: Here begins the Good News about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God.
Hebrews 1:1
- Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets.
- But now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he made the universe and everything in it.
Matthew 14:33
- Then the disciples worshiped him. "You really are the Son of God!" they exclaimed.
1 John 5:11
- And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
- So whoever has God's Son has life; whoever does not have his Son does not have life.
Romans 1:1
- This letter is from Paul, Jesus Christ's slave, chosen by God to be an apostle and sent out to preach his Good News.
- This Good News was promised long ago by God through his prophets in the holy Scriptures.
- It is the Good News about his Son, Jesus, who came as a man, born into King David's royal family line.
- And Jesus Christ our Lord was shown to be the Son of God when God powerfully raised him from the dead by means of the Holy Spirit.
John 6:69

1 John 1:1
- The one who existed from the beginning is the one we have heard and seen. We saw him with our own eyes and touched him with our own hands. He is Jesus Christ, the Word of life.
- This one who is life from God was shown to us, and we have seen him. And now we testify and announce to you that he is the one who is eternal life. He was with the Father, and then he was shown to us.
- We are telling you about what we ourselves have actually seen and heard, so that you may have fellowship with us. And our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
