Luke 24:2

2: They found that the stone covering the entrance had been rolled aside.

Joseph bought a long sheet of linen cloth, and taking Jesus' body down from the cross, he wrapped it in the cloth and laid it in a tomb that had been carved out of the rock. Then he rolled a stone in front of the entrance.
Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joseph saw where Jesus' body was laid.

Suddenly there was a great earthquake, because an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and rolled aside the stone and sat on it.

He placed it in his own new tomb, which had been carved out of the rock. Then he rolled a great stone across the entrance as he left.
Both Mary Magdalene and the other Mary were sitting nearby watching.
The next day--on the first day of the Passover ceremonies--the leading priests and Pharisees went to see Pilate.
They told him, "Sir, we remember what that deceiver once said while he was still alive: 'After three days I will be raised from the dead.'
So we request that you seal the tomb until the third day. This will prevent his disciples from coming and stealing his body and then telling everyone he came back to life! If that happens, we'll be worse off than we were at first."

Early Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb and found that the stone had been rolled away from the entrance.
She ran and found Simon Peter and the other disciple, the one whom Jesus loved. She said, "They have taken the Lord's body out of the tomb, and I don't know where they have put him!"

On the way they were discussing who would roll the stone away from the entrance to the tomb.
But when they arrived, they looked up and saw that the stone--a very large one--had already been rolled aside.
