Proverbs 3:13

13: Happy is the person who finds wisdom and gains understanding.

There was a poor, wise man living there who knew how to save the town, and so it was rescued. But afterward no one thought any more about him.
Then I realized that though wisdom is better than strength, those who are wise will be despised if they are poor. What they say will not be appreciated for long.
But even so, the quiet words of a wise person are better than the shouts of a foolish king.
A wise person can overcome weapons of war, but one sinner can destroy much that is good.

Learn to be wise, and develop good judgment. Don't forget or turn away from my words.
Don't turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you. Love her, and she will guard you.
Getting wisdom is the most important thing you can do! And whatever else you do, get good judgment.
If you prize wisdom, she will exalt you. Embrace her and she will honor you.
She will place a lovely wreath on your head; she will present you with a beautiful crown."

"And so, my children, listen to me, for happy are all who follow my ways.
Listen to my counsel and be wise. Don't ignore it.

For whoever finds me finds life and wins approval from the LORD.

So King Solomon became richer and wiser than any other king in all the earth.
People from every nation came to visit him and to hear the wisdom God had given him.

When the queen of Sheba heard of Solomon's reputation, which brought honor to the name of the LORD, she came to test him with hard questions.
She arrived in Jerusalem with a large group of attendants and a great caravan of camels loaded with spices, huge quantities of gold, and precious jewels. When she met with Solomon, they talked about everything she had on her mind.
Solomon answered all her questions; nothing was too hard for the king to explain to her.
When the queen of Sheba realized how wise Solomon was, and when she saw the palace he had built,
she was breathless. She was also amazed at the food on his tables, the organization of his officials and their splendid clothing, the cup-bearers and their robes, and the burnt offerings Solomon made at the Temple of the LORD.
