Luke 7:22
22: Then he told John's disciples, "Go back to John and tell him what you have seen and heard--the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cured, the deaf hear, the dead are raised to life, and the Good News is being preached to the poor.
Isaiah 35:5

- Jesus reached out and touched the man. "I want to," he said. "Be healed!" And instantly the leprosy disappeared.
- Then Jesus instructed him not to tell anyone what had happened. He said, "Go right to the priest and let him examine you. Take along the offering required in the law of Moses for those who have been healed of leprosy, so everyone will have proof of your healing."
- Yet despite Jesus' instructions, the report of his power spread even faster, and vast crowds came to hear him preach and to be healed of their diseases.
Isaiah 32:3
- Then everyone who can see will be looking for God, and those who can hear will listen to his voice.
- Even the hotheads among them will be full of sense and understanding. Those who stammer in uncertainty will speak out plainly.
