37: "Stop judging others, and you will not be judged. Stop criticizing others, or it will all come back on you. If you forgive others, you will be forgiven.
Matthew 7:1
- "Stop judging others, and you will not be judged.
- For others will treat you as you treat them. Whatever measure you use in judging others, it will be used to measure how you are judged.
- And why worry about a speck in your friend's eye when you have a log in your own?
- How can you think of saying, 'Let me help you get rid of that speck in your eye,' when you can't see past the log in your own eye?
- Hypocrite! First get rid of the log from your own eye; then perhaps you will see well enough to deal with the speck in your friend's eye.

- So don't condemn each other anymore. Decide instead to live in such a way that you will not put an obstacle in another Christian's path.

James 5:9

- My conscience is clear, but that isn't what matters. It is the Lord himself who will examine me and decide.
- So be careful not to jump to conclusions before the Lord returns as to whether or not someone is faithful. When the Lord comes, he will bring our deepest secrets to light and will reveal our private motives. And then God will give to everyone whatever praise is due.
