33: Dear children, how brief are these moments before I must go away and leave you! Then, though you search for me, you cannot come to me--just as I told the Jewish leaders.
John 7:33
- But Jesus told them, "I will be here a little longer. Then I will return to the one who sent me.
- You will search for me but not find me. And you won't be able to come where I am."
John 16:16
- "In just a little while I will be gone, and you won't see me anymore. Then, just a little while after that, you will see me again."

- Jesus replied, "My light will shine out for you just a little while longer. Walk in it while you can, so you will not stumble when the darkness falls. If you walk in the darkness, you cannot see where you are going.
- Believe in the light while there is still time; then you will become children of the light." After saying these things, Jesus went away and was hidden from them.
