12: Who is wise enough to understand all this? Who has been instructed by the LORD and can explain it to others? Why has the land been ruined so completely that no one even dares to travel through it?

  5. Even common people oppress the poor, rob the needy, and deprive foreigners of justice.

  3. And you are even worse than your ancestors! You stubbornly follow your own evil desires and refuse to listen to me.
  4. So I will throw you out of this land and send you into a foreign land where you and your ancestors have never been. There you can worship idols all you like--and I will grant you no favors!
