38: Moses was with the assembly of God's people in the wilderness. He was the mediator between the people of Israel and the angel who gave him life-giving words on Mount Sinai to pass on to us.

  5. But the slave may plainly declare, `I love my master, my wife, and my children. I would rather not go free.'

Numbers 16:41

Galatians 3:19

  1. Well then, why was the law given? It was given to show people how guilty they are. But this system of law was to last only until the coming of the child to whom God's promise was made. And there is this further difference. God gave his laws to angels to give to Moses, who was the mediator between God and the people.

Romans 10:6
