1: On the day Moses set up the Tabernacle, he anointed it and set it apart as holy, along with all its furnishings and the altar with its utensils.
Leviticus 8:10
- Then Moses took the anointing oil and anointed the Tabernacle and everything in it, thus making them holy.
- He sprinkled the altar seven times, anointing it and all its utensils and the washbasin and its pedestal, making them holy.
Numbers 7:84

1 Kings 8:64
- That same day the king dedicated the central area of the courtyard in front of the LORD's Temple. He offered burnt offerings, grain offerings, and the fat of peace offerings there, because the bronze altar in the LORD's presence was too small to handle so many offerings.
