5: People from Jerusalem and from every section of Judea and from all over the Jordan Valley went out to the wilderness to hear him preach.

Mark 1:5

  1. People from Jerusalem and from all over Judea traveled out into the wilderness to see and hear John. And when they confessed their sins, he baptized them in the Jordan River.
