11: Whenever you enter a city or village, search for a worthy man and stay in his home until you leave for the next town.
1 Kings 17:9
- "Go and live in the village of Zarephath, near the city of Sidon. There is a widow there who will feed you. I have given her my instructions."
- So he went to Zarephath. As he arrived at the gates of the village, he saw a widow gathering sticks, and he asked her, "Would you please bring me a cup of water?"
- As she was going to get it, he called to her, "Bring me a bite of bread, too."
- But she said, "I swear by the LORD your God that I don't have a single piece of bread in the house. And I have only a handful of flour left in the jar and a little cooking oil in the bottom of the jug. I was just gathering a few sticks to cook this last meal, and then my son and I will die."
- But Elijah said to her, "Don't be afraid! Go ahead and cook that `last meal,' but bake me a little loaf of bread first. Afterward there will still be enough food for you and your son.

Judges 19:16

- But Martha was worrying over the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, "Lord, doesn't it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me."
- But the Lord said to her, "My dear Martha, you are so upset over all these details!
- There is really only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it--and I won't take it away from her."
Luke 19:7
- But the crowds were displeased. "He has gone to be the guest of a notorious sinner," they grumbled.
