10: Hezekiah was the father of Manasseh. Manasseh was the father of Amos. Amos was the father of Josiah.
2 Kings 20:21
- When Hezekiah died, his son Manasseh became the next king.

- He even built pagan altars in the Temple of the LORD, the place where the LORD had said his name should be honored forever.
2 Kings 24:3
- These disasters happened to Judah according to the LORD's command. He had decided to remove Judah from his presence because of the many sins of Manasseh.
- He had filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, and the LORD would not forgive this.
Jeremiah 1:2
- The LORD first gave messages to Jeremiah during the thirteenth year of King Josiah's reign in Judah.
- He continued to give messages throughout the reign of Josiah's son, King Jehoiakim, until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah's reign in Judah. In August of that year, the people of Jerusalem were taken away as captives.
