Leviticus 11:35

35: Any object on which the dead body of such an animal falls will be defiled. If it is a clay oven or cooking pot, it must be smashed to pieces. It has become defiled, and it will remain that way.

Leviticus 6:28

  1. If a clay pot is used to boil the sacrificial meat, it must be broken. If a bronze kettle is used, it must be scoured and rinsed thoroughly with water.

  1. Any clay pot touched by the man with the discharge must be broken, and every wooden utensil he touches must be rinsed with water.
