12: And God said, "I am giving you a sign as evidence of my eternal covenant with you and all living creatures.

the flesh of his foreskin must be cut off. This will be a sign that you and they have accepted this covenant.

For this is what the Lord himself said, and I pass it on to you just as I received it. On the night when he was betrayed, the Lord Jesus took a loaf of bread,
and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me."
In the same way, he took the cup of wine after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant between God and you, sealed by the shedding of my blood. Do this in remembrance of me as often as you drink it."

As they were eating, Jesus took a loaf of bread and asked God's blessing on it. Then he broke it in pieces and gave it to the disciples, saying, "Take it and eat it, for this is my body."
And he took a cup of wine and gave thanks to God for it. He gave it to them and said, "Each of you drink from it,
for this is my blood, which seals the covenant between God and his people. It is poured out to forgive the sins of many.

The blood you have smeared on your doorposts will serve as a sign. When I see the blood, I will pass over you. This plague of death will not touch you when I strike the land of Egypt.

Again I say, this ceremony will be like a mark branded on your hands or your forehead. It is a visible reminder that it was the LORD who brought you out of Egypt with great power."

Then God said to Noah, "Yes, this is the sign of my covenant with all the creatures of the earth."

Now swear to me by the LORD that you will be kind to me and my family since I have helped you. Give me some guarantee that
