12: And Joseph furnished food to his father and brothers in amounts appropriate to the number of their dependents.

But if she has children or grandchildren, their first responsibility is to show godliness at home and repay their parents by taking care of them. This is something that pleases God very much.

You let them disregard their needy parents.
As such, you break the law of God in order to protect your own tradition. And this is only one example. There are many, many others."

As apostles of Christ we certainly had a right to make some demands of you, but we were as gentle among you as a mother feeding and caring for her own children.

Physical exercise has some value, but spiritual exercise is much more important, for it promises a reward in both this life and the next.

May this child restore your youth and care for you in your old age. For he is the son of your daughter-in-law who loves you so much and who has been better to you than seven sons!"

Then when you harvest it, a fifth of your crop will belong to Pharaoh. Keep four-fifths for yourselves, and use it to plant the next year's crop and to feed yourselves, your households, and your little ones."

But those who won't care for their own relatives, especially those living in the same household, have denied what we believe. Such people are worse than unbelievers.

"Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the LORD your God will give you.
