Ezra 9:11

11: Your servants the prophets warned us that the land we would possess was totally defiled by the detestable practices of the people living there. From one end to the other, the land is filled with corruption.

Leviticus 18:24

  1. "Do not defile yourselves in any of these ways, because this is how the people I am expelling from the Promised Land have defiled themselves.
  2. As a result, the entire land has become defiled. That is why I am punishing the people who live there, and the land will soon vomit them out.
