10: So I went in and saw the walls engraved with all kinds of snakes, lizards, and hideous creatures. I also saw the various idols worshiped by the people of Israel.

Jeremiah 16:18

Leviticus 11:10

  1. You may not, however, eat marine animals that do not have both fins and scales. You are to detest them,

  2. And the pig may not be eaten, for though it has split hooves, it does not chew the cud. All these animals are ceremonially unclean for you. You may not eat or even touch the dead bodies of such animals.
