6: Place the altar of burnt offering in front of the Tabernacle entrance.

and he placed the altar of burnt offering near the Tabernacle entrance. On it he offered a burnt offering and a grain offering, just as the LORD had commanded.

So we praise God for the wonderful kindness he has poured out on us because we belong to his dearly loved Son.
He is so rich in kindness that he purchased our freedom through the blood of his Son, and our sins are forgiven.

God showed how much he loved us by sending his only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him.
This is real love. It is not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

"Using acacia wood, make a square altar 7 1/2 feet wide, 7 1/2 feet long, and 4 1/2 feet high.
Make a horn at each of the four corners of the altar so the horns and altar are all one piece. Overlay the altar and its horns with bronze.
The ash buckets, shovels, basins, meat hooks, and firepans will all be made of bronze.
Make a bronze grating, with a metal ring at each corner.
Fit the grating halfway down into the firebox, resting it on the ledge built there.

He is the sacrifice for our sins. He takes away not only our sins but the sins of all the world.

We have an altar from which the priests in the Temple on earth have no right to eat.

The altar for burning animal sacrifices also was constructed of acacia wood. It was 7 1/2 feet square at the top and 4 1/2 feet high.
There were four horns, one at each of the four corners, all of one piece with the rest. This altar was overlaid with bronze.
Then he made all the bronze utensils to be used with the altar--the ash buckets, shovels, basins, meat hooks, and firepans.
Next he made a bronze grating that rested on a ledge about halfway down into the firebox.
Four rings were cast for each side of the grating to support the carrying poles.
