Genesis 50:26

  1. So Joseph died at the age of 110. They embalmed him, and his body was placed in a coffin in Egypt.

  1. "Soon I will die," Joseph told his brothers, "but God will surely come for you, to lead you out of this land of Egypt. He will bring you back to the land he vowed to give to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob."

Acts 7:14

  1. Then Joseph sent for his father, Jacob, and all his relatives to come to Egypt, seventy-five persons in all.
  2. So Jacob went to Egypt. He died there, as did all his sons.
  3. All of them were taken to Shechem and buried in the tomb Abraham had bought from the sons of Hamor in Shechem.
