1: "If a man's testicles are crushed or his penis is cut off, he may not be included in the assembly of the LORD.

Nehemiah 13:1

Leviticus 22:22

Deuteronomy 23:2
- "Those of illegitimate birth and their descendants for ten generations may not be included in the assembly of the LORD.
- "No Ammonites or Moabites, or any of their descendants for ten generations, may be included in the assembly of the LORD.

- or has a humped back or is a dwarf, or has a defective eye, or has oozing sores or scabs on his skin, or has damaged testicles.
- Even though he is a descendant of Aaron, his physical defects disqualify him from presenting offerings to the LORD by fire. Since he has a blemish, he may not offer food to his God.
