Deuteronomy 21:5

5: The Levitical priests must go there also, for the LORD your God has chosen them to minister before him and to pronounce blessings in the LORD's name. And they are to decide all lawsuits and punishments.

1 Chronicles 23:13

  3. The decision they make at the place the LORD chooses will always stand. You must do exactly what they say.
  4. After they have interpreted the law and reached a verdict, the sentence they impose must be fully executed; do not modify it in any way.
  5. Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the LORD your God must be put to death. Such evil must be purged from Israel.

Numbers 6:22

  2. "Instruct Aaron and his sons to bless the people of Israel with this special blessing:
  3. `May the LORD bless you and protect you.
  4. May the LORD smile on you and be gracious to you.
  5. May the LORD show you his favor and give you his peace.'
