2 Chronicles 32:1

  1. After Hezekiah had faithfully carried out this work, King Sennacherib of Assyria invaded Judah. He laid siege to the fortified cities, giving orders for his army to break through their walls.

  4. In that day the Lord will take this "razor"--these Assyrians you have hired to protect you--and use it to shave off everything: your land, your crops, and your people.
  5. When they finally stop plundering, a farmer will be fortunate to have a cow and two sheep left.
