3: "Send the Ark of the God of Israel back, along with a gift," they were told. "Send a guilt offering so the plague will stop. Then, if the plague doesn't stop, you will know that God didn't send the plague after all."
1 Samuel 6:9

Exodus 23:15

Leviticus 5:6
- and bring to the LORD as their penalty a female from the flock, either a sheep or a goat. This will be a sin offering to remove their sin, and the priest will make atonement for them.
1 Samuel 5:11

Leviticus 7:1
