2: Now wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is at the point of death. Your deeds are far from right in the sight of God.

Matthew 23:28
- You try to look like upright people outwardly, but inside your hearts are filled with hypocrisy and lawlessness.
- "How terrible it will be for you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you build tombs for the prophets your ancestors killed and decorate the graves of the godly people your ancestors destroyed.
- Then you say, 'We never would have joined them in killing the prophets.'
- "In saying that, you are accusing yourselves of being the descendants of those who murdered the prophets.
- Go ahead. Finish what they started.
Zechariah 11:16
- This will illustrate how I will give this nation a shepherd who will not care for the sheep that are threatened by death, nor look after the young, nor heal the injured, nor feed the healthy. Instead, this shepherd will eat the meat of the fattest sheep and tear off their hooves.
